Simon is the Head of Commercial Operations at The Tank Museum. A retailer for most of his career in blue chip companies and then agri retailing, Simon now looks after the entire visitor experience on site through the Catering, Retail & Admissions, Events, Education, and Guide teams. He is also heavily involved in The Tank Museum’s online shop which is considered to be one of the biggest success stories of the COVID pandemic in the heritage sector.
