Kirsty Nicholls, Trade Sales Manager at Drayton Manor Resort. Having worked in event and hotel sales throughout my career, I have always been very focussed on customer experience. So having the chance to join the team here at Drayton Manor Resort, meant I really could put all of my experience into making sure that we are working with partners and educators, that have the same values and mission.
