About Deborah Heather

An ex-hotelier with over 25 years’ experience, Deborah is a graduate of the world renowned Cornell University General Managers program. She has spent the last 6 years evolving a worldwide accreditation program designed for the modern world. The accreditation is equitable across the tourism and hospitality industry to make it simple for consumers to understand and to give them the guarantees they need to travel safely. Quality in Tourism (QT) carries the credibility of a long heritage of accrediting tourism businesses but with none of the localised issues of a national scheme. QT operates internationally including in the States, Asia and Europe.
