With such a tumultuous year for the holiday park and home sector, this session looks at how having a hot tub, or exercise spa, has ensured that holiday makers are encouraged to your venue. The session also explores what you need to do to ensure that your guests have a safe and enjoyable experience while they are with you to meet the requirements of the HASAW Act, L8, HSG 282 and other industry guidance. By having a proactive approach to your hot tub offering, this will ensure that you attract more bookings, can obtain a higher income and most importantly, you can operate in such a way that your guests give you positive feedback about their stay with you!
