Family made since 1965 with a rich history in traditional Italian cooking, we pride ourselves on our authentic & clean ingredient approach to producing pizza. The key to flavour and lightness in our pizza is that we use a traditional mother dough which is simply flour water and a little yeast. Resting for many hours the dough becomes mature with a lovely aroma. This is the start of the dough`s long journey to the oven. As well as our standard 11'' Pizzas we have our Pizzini Pizza`s, and our new Spicy Chicken Pizzini Pizza!
