The Museum and its Visitors: a love story

Brooklands Museum’s visitor numbers grew from 32,000 to 180,000 and then plateaued. Why? Who was coming and who wasn’t? Was the offer wrong? Was the marketing working? Was there a problem with the quality of experience? Find out how they worked out the answers to these questions, engaged staff and volunteers in solving the problems and got the whole Museum to fall in love with its visitors again.
