Ipswich’s new-look Buttermarket Centre set to get 25,000sq ft ten-pin bowling development with from operator Superbowl UK. More than £1.8m is being invested into the family entertainment complex before launching in August 2017.
Superbowl UK, an independent family run business, currently have 6 venues around the UK. The new Ipswich venue will boast 12 state of the art bowling lanes, 20-pack laser quest arena, formidable ninja warrior style course, children’s indoor soft play centre, stylish lounge bar and food diner, as well as an amusement arcade arena.
The entertainment facilities will add to the new 12-screen Empire Cinema, Pure Gym and a wide variety of restaurants including up-market grill Byron Burgers and Cosy Club family restaurant.
It is estimated 30 jobs will be created once Superbowl UK Ipswich is open and the company has committed to use local tradesmen through the fit out process. The centre is due to be fitted out over an intense 16-week development.
